These Terms of Service govern your use of WinePipeline, a product of MyGrowthOS operated by Ahref Circle Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to WinePipeline, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription & Billing

Your subscription begins after the 7-day free trial period. You will be charged the applicable fee (monthly, 6-monthly, or annual) via the payment method provided at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

2. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge will be made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial ends, the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our service — which includes proprietary workflow configurations, system blueprints, and intellectual property delivered upon account activation — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including early cancellation or partial use of the service period.

5. Service & Intellectual Property

WinePipeline is provided as a software-as-a-service platform. The system configurations, workflow blueprints, pipeline templates, and related materials made available through the service are the intellectual property of Ahref Circle Limited. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute these materials without written permission.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your contact and business data stored within WinePipeline belongs to you. You may export your data at any time. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure in accordance with industry standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahref Circle Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WinePipeline. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
